• Location Access: Our Weather app, Google Maps integration, and Time Zone feature may access your location data to provide weather updates, show your position on the map, and determine your time zone. This data is used solely to deliver these services and is not shared with third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used to provide the following features in our applications:

• Expense Tracker: Upload and store images of receipts and expenses for budget tracking.
• Map Markers: Capture images and location data to add custom markers on maps.
• QR Scanner: Scan QR codes and upload images related to transactions.
• Weather App: Provide real-time, location-based weather updates using your GPS coordinates.
• Google Maps: Display your location and provide navigation assistance.

3. Data Retention

We do not retain any data collected through the camera or location unless explicitly saved by you (e.g., images, receipts, or markers). Location data used for weather, maps, and time zone features is accessed temporarily and is not stored or shared unless you choose to save it in the app.

4. Use of Google Drive

Some of our applications may allow users to store important data, such as expense tracker records, on Google Drive. We do not collect, store, or access any Google Drive-related data, including session details, access tokens, or stored files. Google Drive is used solely as a storage option for user-selected data, and we do not process or analyze any files stored there.

5. Phone Cache Usage

To improve performance and enhance user experience, our applications may store temporary data in your device’s cache. This includes:

• Frequently accessed app data to optimize speed and reduce loading times.
• Offline storage for temporary access to certain features.
• Cached images from the network to improve performance and enable faster image loading.

This cached data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to any external servers. Users can clear their app cache at any time through their device settings.

6. Local File Server (Wi-Fi File Sharing)

Our app includes a local file server feature that allows users to transfer their files from a mobile device to a personal computer over the same Wi-Fi network.

• All file access is user-initiated through a folder selection process within the app.
• The app does not collect, upload, or share any user files to external servers or third parties.
• Users can browse, select, and download individual files, entire folders, or multiple files as zip archives through a secure, local-only web interface.
• This feature operates entirely on the user’s local network and is intended to help users manage and back up their files.

This functionality complies with Google Play’s permitted use case for file management apps, and follows strict data privacy principles. The app does not perform any background scanning or unauthorized file access.

7. Folder Vault

All encryption and decryption processes are handled exclusively on your local device. Passwords and related data are never transmitted to any server or third-party service. Your password is your sole responsibility — we do not store it, and we cannot assist in recovery if it is lost. All operations are fully offline, ensuring your data remains private and secure on your device only.

8. Sharing Your Information

We do not share your personal data, including camera and location data, with third parties unless required by law or necessary for providing our services. We do not use your information for advertising or profiling.

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and update your data.
• Request the deletion of any personally identifiable data we store.
• Opt out of location services or camera usage at any time through your device settings.

11. Data Deletion

If you wish to request the deletion of your account and personal data, you can submit a request through the in-app account deletion form (Google Form). Depending on the size and nature of your stored data, the processing of deletion requests may take up to 3 months or longer. We will notify you of the progress throughout the process.
